Your Eligibility to Purchase
Our Shipment Policies
Once you have placed an order, our system will send you an email acknowledging, and confirming the order. Up to one to three days later, once the order is packed, we will charge your credit or debit card and also send a second email that will accept your order, and send a tracking number.
When We Don’t Accept Orders
There are circumstances in which we will not accept your order, including:
- Authorization of payment is unable to be processed.
- An ordered item is out of stock.
- We decide that the item does not meet our quality standards.
- We decide to refuse service for any reason.
- Incorrect Shipping Addresses
- If, for reasons that our system was given the incorrect shipping information from you, you are responsible for any fees required to ship the package back to our place of business.
Dates and Locations We Deliver
Our shipping deliveries are sent Monday through Friday. Because we ship via local carrier and all packages are then transferred to your local postal carrier, packages are only delivered to customer addresses on Monday through Saturday during standard postal delivery times. These days exclude any postal/national holidays.
We will ship to post office boxes.
When Shipping Occurs
All accepted orders ship within 1 to 3 business days if item is in stock. If for some reason an item that was ordered is out of stock, these back ordered items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of the out of stock item from the manufacturer. You will also have the choice to cancel your order if you do not want to wait for the out of stock item.
Shipping times during special promotions may be delayed. GiftsBestBuy.com will process orders as quickly as possible to meet the demands.
When Delivery Occurs
In the case of weather conditions or other circumstances beyond GiftsBestBuy.com’s control, GiftsBestBuy.com waives liability for delays.
You should give the package delivery about five to eight business days to arrive, as this procedure completely depends upon the carrier and carrier's delivery processes, possible weather delays and other issues that may impede delivery.
Insurance and Delivery
Each order is insured during its time in transit up until it is delivered to the shipping address as given to us by you. Upon delivery to that shipping address, you are responsible for the purchased goods.
