Items (except as noted in “Items not Accepted for Return”) may be returned for a full refund, however they must be:

  • Unaltered
  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • Any tags/tickets still attached, and
  • Must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Shipping will be covered as long as the return is due to a shipping error or manufacturing defect. If return is due to size issue or wrong item ordered, we will charge the shipping to any credit that you will receive.

We will require your personal information in order to process the return. See our Privacy Policy for what information we collect.
Credit for the return will be issued to the same credit or debit card used for the purchase.

Items not accepted for Return

We will not accept swimwear, unitards, intimate apparel or bodysuits for returns. Those items are always considered final sale only.

Shipping Items Back to Us
If returning merchandise, please:

Complete the return form that was included with your order. Make sure you complete the entire form. If it is incomplete, we may not be able to process your return.
Secure your return order and the completed return form in the box used to send it to you and tape the box for safe shipping.
Use the included pre-paid packing slip that was sent with your order and place it on the outside of the box. The packing slip is to be used to send the package via Postal Service Mail.
Once the package is ready, give it to your carrier or drop it off at a carrier's will not accept packages sent COD.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned package.
You will be refunded the full amount of the item ordered, less, as applicable, the cost of the shipping return.


Due to the fact that our system must process the return separately, we do not do “exchanges”.

Instead, if you are ordering the same item in a different size, or a different item, we can do that as a new order and process that at any time as a charge to the payment option you give us. Note that the charge to your payment option will occur just before we ship the items. This may happen before we receive your return, so you should ensure you have adequate funds to purchase the new items.

The return will be processed separately from the additional order and will be credited to your original payment option once the item is received at our address.
